Problem with C++/PHP setup

My problem is partly c++, but also php. Nevertheless, I still hope that someone has time to take a look at this from this forum.

This problem is difficult to explain with text only. So therefore I have combined text and images to be able to explain it better.

Wouldn't it be considerate if you posted the links (e.g. github) that you want people to click on, instead of forcing said people to manually type them out?

Pathmonitor.exe was created with pathmonitor.cpp.
If you do not trust the .exe file, you can create the same .exe by using the .cpp file (pathmonitor.cpp)
