Visual Studio - "browser.path"

Hello,

i downloaded visual studio and i have no clue how to use it.
Until now, i used turbo c++ and i've begun to get used to it.

But, i've downloaded visual studio and did what the website said.
after i downloaded the c/c++ intellisense, i started to get a green squiggly line under

#include <iostream>

and when i clicked on the light bulb, it said Edit "browser.path" setting

I downloaded WinGW and have no clue what to do after this.

What do i do after this??

Thank you

If you hadn't opted for C++ while installing Visual Studio, see:
