Seeing as this is the lounge, I decided to post a cheese thread. Yes, you heard me right.. cheese :)
Everyone MUST love cheese! So the point of this thread is to post your favorite cheese recipe.

Crazy bri cheese/mango/pepper wrap
- Inside of a wrap
- Bri cheese -- coating
- Mango -- stuffing
- Green peppers -- stuffing
- Be creative with random other fruits
Why would you ruin cheese with non-cheese additives? The only thing that should be used as stuffing in a cheese-based recipe is more cheese. Once it becomes physically possible to manufacture cheese-based wraps that don't melt when heated, grains will have served their purpose.
no no -- not cheese based wraps.. cheese coating the inside of a wrap. But, although cheese by itself has incomprehensible gustation, branching out to try other various recipes makes me very glad :D

I like blue cheese with jalapeƱos.
I only like mild chesses like Provolone, Mozzarella, and (mild) cheddar. Pepper Jack is ok too, but I don't have it as often as I used to.
Another good combo is a kielbasa pickle cheese sandwich ^_^ I'm Polish, I like weird things :P
I only like mozzarella.

I've never met a cheese that I didn't like.
I don't like cheese...not any kind, slang or not. I especially hate mozzerella, because I can neither spell it without errors nor eat it without choking. It's far too stretchy for it's own bad.

Crumpets with melted Camembert cheese is my thing at the moment...
Raw carrots often make me choke, but I still eat them and love them.
cooked mushrooms i cannot stand.. but I love them raw :S
