I applaud the admin for trying to update the look and workings of an old website, but currently the new site isn't allowing someone to make replies to posts.
The new look is still listed as being a Beta site.

Ouch! I just confirmed you can't even log into the new look site when logged out.

FYI, no need to log out if one is already logged into the new look site. Either click on the link above, or append "legacy." to the cplusplus URL. The legacy site is now being used.

It may not be a troll. It may be someone trying to report the issue with this site - and doesn't know about the 'contact us' link at the foot of the page (which is easy to miss due to it's small font size).

When one is using the new non-legacy version they can't report a comment, when logged into the legacy version can they do so.
So reporting someone to mention a problem with the non-legacy site doesn't really "ring true." That reeks of being a loser troll.

New site appears to be (partially) working again, although I still have to hold the CTRL key down when logging in from Firefox, and it is regularly being crippled by adverts if Firefox's tracking protection is left as "Standard" (I've had to increase it to "strict").
It's not the only site on the internet that has been made unusable by advertising.
