Not to be confused with Code::Blocks (another excellent IDE), Code Bubbles is a completely new take on the user interface of an IDE. It's not released, but should be going into closed beta shortly, but the concept seems extremely promising.
It seems to only be a Java IDE at the moment...but of course, more language support is definitely possible.
I like that idea of codebubbles... It would be cool, if they could implement multi monitor support, like microsoft did; so the user can drag bubbles out of the IDE onto a free desktop space...
(I hope they do not integrate the speaker“s voice into it^^)...
Okay, so maybe it is of the same ratio as SXGA. That said, I do not like that ratio and much prefer 16:9, or even just barely 4:3, but is pushing it. 5:4... meh.
16:9 is a ratio LCD manufacturers came up with to make people who don't know their geometry think that a 20" 16:9 monitor is cheaper than a 20" 5:4 monitor. The whole measure-the-size-of-the-screen-by-its-diagonal thing is utterly retarded.
And while I'm at it, I can name one or two places up which storage manufacturers can shove their SI units.

And of course manufacturers were more than glad to comply if it meant keeping the same big numbers on the box and producing the screens for less money.
That doesn't mean that they were the ones who came up with it. Unless you can prove to me that Kerns H. Powers was heavily influenced by any manufacturers...
