You can ask about C or C++ in the appropriate sub forum page, some people do ask about other languages in the lounge but you can also just ask generic questions here.
If you're new to C/C++ I'd recommend you post your questions in the beginners section with a clearly labeled title (not just "help, my program doesn't work"). The community will help if you help us to easily understand your problem better. (Also use the code format blocks when you post questions with code)

If you ask a C question I strongly recommend that you make it very clear in the opening post that you are using C and not C++, otherwise some people will complain and start asking why you are not using some C++ feature.
