I have not found a genuine site where I can download Visual C++, whether it be a trial/demo, or the full program. Can someone please help me?

Have you tried the Microsoft website? http://msdn.microsoft.com/developer-resource-downloads-msdn

I have tried Microsoft's website before, but have failed to find what I was looking for each time. However, I have finally found this by browsing through Google (about the eleventh page): http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2019667. But I do not know which one to download.

I already have Visual Studio 2013 Express, but I do not like it and am looking for a way to remove it.

I got the program. I had to download it from softonic, but when I open it, it says I need to update to service pack 1 before I can use it. I tried reinstalling this service pack, but it locks up before it starts. PLEASE HELP!

What exactly are you looking for? Do you want to use VC++ or not?

EDIT: 2019667 is just the updates. You need to have the corresponding version to use them.

http://www.visualstudio.com/en-us

There's a big green 'Free Visual Studio Trail' button on the top right of the page.

Did you not read the earlier posts? I have Visual Studio 2013, but I am looking for a way to remove it. VS 2013 does not come with Visual C++, and it does not work on my machine.

VS 2013 does not come with Visual C++
Pretty sure it does.

I know for fact that it does not, because I have the full version, and it is crap. I already have the program I was looking for (no thanks to anyone here), so I am marking this as solved.

EDIT: I looked into that "free trial", (before I got the program) and it just redirects to a page to buy the program.

At least I am being truthful.

There are other ways to say things when people try to help you and you don't happen to like the information you hear. Such as like "Thanks for the help, but it isn't exactly what I was looking for, my problem is more of..." "No thanks to you" would imply that we didn't even try to help which is not the case.

You were not exactly clear on what you were truing to do and did not answer a direct question about what you wanted; how do expect people to help?

I know for fact that it does not
Really? Huh. I wonder what this thing is, then.

You remove it like any other program. Go to control panel->uninstall a program->visual studio

But when I do that, it acts as though it is uninstalling, but about an hour later, it says it could not be removed.
