the "cpp.sh" for me is not working. :(

.sh implies shell script, you stated you are using windows. It will not work because cmd.exe does not work with shell scripts. That's a POSIX thing.
Aside from that, we have no idea what cpp.sh is supposed to do, care to share the source? Maybe we can help you port it to a batch file.

Cheraphy: I think he talks about the "Edit & Run" link that shows up when using code tags that contains "main".
