Google having strange IP

Well first of all a little bit of background, I am from Venezuela and the government has been trying to censor as much as it can of the internet.

When I resolve google.com it gives me the following IP 201.248.76.48 and I am pretty sure that it is not from google. When I did reverse lookup on it it showed that it was from CANTV (local ISP owned by the government).

Any thoughts on what could be going on? or am I just a little bit to paranoid?

Well I just pinged google.com and got 74.125.239.133 as the IP. I checked a whois lookup and it seemed to be Google.

It might have a different one for your country, but I dunno.

The thing is that the whois lookup on the IP i get says it belongs to CANTV not Google
