I'm trying to figure out how to be able to use the information in the WelcomeCustomer function (namely the customer first and last name) to print out the closing message, but I can't find a way for the 3rd function to access the 2nd function's information. I have to have 3 functions, otherwise I'd just get rid of the second function. Anyone have any ideas?

In WelcomeCustomer(), we are collecting assorted information about the customer and placing them into an object of type customer_info, presumably because we need to use this information elsewhere in our program. So, we would want to make WelcomeCustomer() return the customer_info object; in this specific case, we can then use that information in main()

Note: if we do not intend to modify the information, it is good programming hygiene to make it immutable:
