cant complie

hello
im new at this forum
and im having a problem with c++ compling
building
debug
any thing
i tried many up to now
visual studio ultimat 2013
c++ dev
mingw
cygwn
i was able to use visual studio normaly
and mingw,cygwn
from cmd --c++ path to program
how ever i cant right now in the out in visual studio is :

while the commend does not exist in cmd
i tried reinstalling but nothing
any help please

Do you have to press enter so often? It's hard to read.

I don't know why you get that error. I searched the error and found this guy who says he got that error because his system time was incorrect. If your time is incorrect you could try and see if it helps to correct it.
