i need some coding of c++ or notepad for security of files. i mean to say that if i give some files to someone and when he open these files he has to enter a password . and this password should be change in other pc .password should be different in all PCs. some thing that connect to systems processor ID

And how is the user supposed to tell what "his" password is?
Besides, this shouldn't be possible anyway, at least not without knowing the original password and reencrypting the file.
