Even advertisements for "improvement"? How would you distinguish this from those kind of advertisements?
All im saying is theres a 0.01% chance at least that is not just repair. And if they want to connect to your computer then it's definitely a scam. Why would a mechanic come over here to advertise anyway?
A big company wouldn't make a post like that. And I'm sure no mechanic would be willing to travel all over the world to help.

From past conversations with the admin (as Grey Wolf), only job ads were allowed...in the correct section.

Posts from people who want to be hired is all okay.. but consider a post like (I stress on like) OP's (but actually legit), would that still be okay because it's not related to C++. I mean who comes to a C++ forum to complain that their computer needs fixing? So would that not be considered as misuse of the forum?
