details : I need it for a Loto Game and i need a text file to view at installation of the game created with install shield 12 pro

Do you need a sort of console program inputting said agreement and outputting it to a txt?

note: I just started programming a month or so ago, I'm just trying to ascertain all of this, lol

Edit: Now I get it, you want the program to open a .txt with said agreement WHILE it's running. OK.

It depends entirely upon what you want that user to agree to, and what legalese you can afford to speak.
