title/heading
trying to figure out how to add a title/heading to my program. Not talking about changing the title of the window it self but adding a title to my program saying like an example "big al's chop shop", which will be displayed above then below it will be the rest of my program to choose what to do. when i do choose an option the title will remain without going away.

If you're just using
cout to send characters to the terminal, you've got no choice but to redraw everything every time, and always write your title first.
