Help with overriding function

Can someone help me override a function? My noServiceChargeChecking is suppose to be inherited by my highInterestChecking. Everything seems to be working except the interest rate. The interest rate from noServiceChargeChecking and highInterestChecking are being added together when i am only suppose have one interest rate added to the balance.

What we can tell you is that in the code that you have shown so far (none) we can see no errors.
