bytes from decimal number

Hello!
Can I instantly take stated bytes from Dec. number.
Ex: 1339 dec -> 101 0011 1011 bin and take only bytes from 3 to 6 -> 0011

However, it would help to know the purpose, because there are more than one methods.

Thank you, but what are these methods. The purpose is to take bytes x to y from int number :)
