C++ Beginners questions which I need your help.
As I am studying C++ right now. I have face certain question in my textbook which required the help from you guys if possible. Thanks.

The only help that we should give is to urge you to read the book (again).
I've been told that textbooks tend to first describe things and then ask questions like yours in order to check whether you have read the description carefully. (Herb Sutter is an exception, but he does not write to beginners.)
