I am new to c++. I am trying to install borland c++4.5 but my pc says"The app can't run on your pc. To find version for your pc. check with software publisher.
Suggest some methods to overcome this problem.
The 64-bit Windows has a 32-bit layer to run 32-bit applications, but no 16-bit layer. Some installers for 32-bit applications, even recently, were 16-bit applications. The 32-bit Windows had a 16-bit layer. Were bits invented in the Borland 4.5 era?
