Getting best c++ compiler

There are different compilers in the internet and each compiler uses a different set of keywords and headers.
I just want to know the best c++ compiler which is widely accepted.
As a beginner I have Turbo c++

No. All standard compliant compilers support the same keywords.
As such, there is no "best" compiler.
The differences come down to the IDE. Pick an IDE you're comfortable with.

but Turbo c++ doesn't even come close. ;0)

Bugx17, giving a few details about your system, how you intend to learn, what you would like to do, would help people make suggestions.
