Write a program to enter the number till 100 till the user want and at the end it should display the count of positve and negative and zero entered

This doesn't look like a c++ question. I think you need to evaluate your problem, don't think about how you will program it yet, and come up with a solution (pseudo code if need be). Then think about implementing it.
