HTMLEditor hosted in C++/ATL application

I am looking for an easy to use component to use in my dialog-based C++/ATL window application for providing an end-user with an interface for HTML Editor. Similar looking to what you have here on the forum's New Message page for text formatting, only it has to be rather HTML editor and has to be hosted on one of my dialogs. My application is written with Visual Studio-6 and has NO MFC support. I was searching for ActiveX OCX controls, but have no luck so far.

Can anyone help with an advice?
