Question on Tool Tips

I tried using google for this but couldn't find an answer. Hopefully someone here can help me out.

Is is possible to display an image in a tool tip, if so can someone link me to a tutorial or give me an example? If it isn't then can someone point me in the right direction to, or give me an example of, a function that'll give me the same results?

I believe that you have to create your own functions for that.
What environment are you programming in?
You can create a control with images and text (even with buttons and other controls) and show it when the mouse is over an element, then hide it when the mouse is out.
