Help from someone experienced.

So,I'm 15 years old and I started coding 5 months ago.I don't really understand how these things work.But I got some real interests in informatics and programming,so I would like to ask someone that is old enough or enough experienced to tell me what things I should do first,I need someone to give me advice.I like c/c++ and I would like to know how did you guys became such good programemrs,maybe to give me some programs so I can learn from them.TY
