Compiling Help.

Hello, I am using Codeblocks 10.05 on W7 32 bit, and every time I compile, I get

Linking console executable: bin\Debug\Actual Entity .exe
c:/program files/codeblocks/mingw/bin/../lib/gcc/mingw32/4.4.1/../../../../mingw32/bin/ld.exe: C:\lib\SFML-1.6\include: No such file: Permission denied

This has never happened before. I tried re-installing CB, but to no avail. I did the same with Mingw. I than downloaded Dev-C++, and wxDev-C++, but same the same error. My system is dual-boot, and when I boot Ubuntu, it all runs smooth, with same version of Codeblocks. All I can think to do would be to re-install W7, but that seems like going a bit too far. If anybody could help, I would be so thankful. I am about 7 months into learning C++, and this is being a huge rain on my parade of learning. I'd appreciate any help.
