Microsoft online certification courses (c++ or unrelated certs)

Anyone got any links to information regarding microsofts different certifications and prices and how to get the study material necessary or take the course online. I think with most microsoft certifications you just pay for the test and take it then repay and take it again if you fail it. But i would prefer taking an online course that teaches me everything i need to know for the test then take the test because 200$ is alot to bet on and lose.

Does microsoft have any online courses that teach you everything you need to know for a specific certification? I prefer links to microsoft only. NOTE: I need lists of microsofts various certifications. Every site i have come to is some website other then microsoft.
