Using Google Earth API for Flight Sim

Hello,

I am trying to relate some flight simulation code to the Google Earth Flight Simulator for testing purposes (to have a basic "visual" rather than looking purely at numbers). Do any of you know if the GE API allows either a way to (a) control the aircraft (lat/lon/alt/roll/pitch/yaw) via external C/C++ commands or (b) get realtime aircraft data (lat/lon/alt/roll/pitch/yaw) to an external C/C++ program?

I do not have any experience with this API and was hoping some of you out there may know how either of these tasks can be accomplished, or at least nudge me in the right direction! Any help in using the Google API for this purpose would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks!
