Visual Studio 2010 express and Intel C++

I have got Intel C++ v 11 and would like to set it up, the issue is it is having issues with my visual studio. Is it because i only have VC++ 2010? If so is there anyway around it other than buying a copy of Visual Studio (also can i use 2010 with V11?).
