I have turn off windows file protection (WFP) and successfully loaded in windows\system32.

Error Code: 0x80090006"

Is windows checking the checksum of the file? How can I bypass that message?

I can get login into safe mode just fine. It just normal mode won't let me in.

I think you need to leave the DLL's from Microsoft alone and instead use something like Detours:
