All Win32 API Programmers Please Read

First off, I want to say that I'm not asking for help on code at all. I just want Win32 API Programmer's opinions on something that is important to me (you will see later on.) Sorry if this is the wrong section, but it was the best place to post this for Win32 API programmers to see it.

This is going to be a voting thread on which of the two main tutorials, on the Win32 API, is better.

Option One: http://www.winprog.org/tutorial/

Option Two: http://www.functionx.com/win32/

Please only vote if you've read some (hopefully most/all) of each.

To vote say WinProg, or FunctionX in a post. Also why you think that will help out a lot.

Thank you to everyone who took time to read this, and to vote.

Current Votes:
WinProg: 1
FunctionX: 1

If I had to choose one, WinProg; Although I prefer books (Petzold and Richter).

Edit:
I would even prefer Learn to Program for Windows in C++

- small minus to functionx for talking about old tools (VC6/BCB), big plus for going more in-depth compared to theForger

- theForger's advantage is he gets to the point, probably suitable for the impatient Win32 newbies who wants to see results asap

I vote functionx

edit: I think the comparison is a bit unfair why not functionx vs relisoft's winapi? http://www.relisoft.com/win32/index.htm

edit 2: I'm not a winapi programmer :P

I haven't really read into those tutorials before, so not sure if I should add them in or not. Just looking for tutorials that I've read before. (Everyone will see in a few days, a week or so max, why I'm needing the votes ;)
