Global Parameters for application launch

Okay, so I am trying to get a Windows form app attached to a website that will have accounts. What I want is to pass the account name used in the web instance to the form as a string for each instance (in other words if they are logged in it passes that account name to their instance of the program). There is probably an easy solution but I am not sure where to look for it (besides msdn).

Now off to answering the beginner questions to earn my answers!
