visual studio 2019 version16.11.5 strange behavior

The problem is I have a solution web api .net framework. after updating my visual studio every time that I open my solution I have to go to property and chose my start up projects again if I close visual studio and reopen it I have to redo the startup again my vs is version2019 16.11.5 also when I reopen the solution all last session open windows is closed and the xaml window get back from vertical configuration to horizontal.
this happen with this project only all my old projects work the normal way save the latest sating when I exit vs and get back to the same situation when i reopen it




Solved by deleting every thing inside .vs directory
