On-line Courses for C++ For Windows

This is more a general question than a code question. I'm just starting to learn C++ after a long time away from programming. I have some basic VB.NET experience as well as many non-Object Oriented languages. I'm currently going through the C++ course that "The Great Courses" offers and they are purely focused on C++ in the console...which I am absolutely fine with. I want to learn the lingo before I dive into anything more complicated.

I was hoping someone could suggest a good C++ course that offers tutorials on programming with C++ for Windows using Visual Studio. The end goal for me (eventually) 9s to be able to write a Windows app for processing log files for the products I support.

Either free or pay courses are fine.
