I want to send SMS to a mobile using GSM Modem. How can I access Modem using Visual C++??

Its pointless making one

because you will need the drivers for the device which is shipped with the software
that has its own program for sending text messages

i was thinking of making one myself but for portability use so i can use it on my laptop
without installing all the junk that goes with the software
