Hi,
I need some help with some application I'm writing, basically it's a bandwidth limiter for the computer it's installed on
What id does is that it limits the speed of a connection.
I wasn't able to find anything in the Win32 API that can help me to do that, any help would be highly appreciated, thanks
P.S: The application, as I think, would be pretty simple, I just need this "function" that can be like limitBandWidth(interface, max_speed) or something.
