Hi I need Help On Makeing A network Monetering Program I need help On makeing The Splashscreen Like This Program

All I want from the spash screen is authenticate the user and setup the users profile and slow connection log out

and the main program to look like this

i have had a go at this but i failed at it and so i need some help
