Visual Age C++ OCL - problem

Hello,
I developed a C++ application based on Visual Age C++ years ago for a friend, who uses it at his small business.
He wants me to perform some changes in there now. Unfortunately I don't have the compiler anymore since I now use the Microsoft Visual C++ Compiler

Is there a OCL-Library for Microsoft? Does anyone know how to migrate an old application to Visual C++?

Any help will be appreciated.

It's a German company doing portations. Seems to be the only solution...
