Show gif...

Hi.
Now I'm using a DEVC++. I want to show a *.gif on the screen and I want to delete this image in other moment. This gif don't have animation.
In two words, I need to show an image, it have e transparent part.
How can I do this?

There are plenty of methods with win32 api (Gdi+, etc...)
