Do you mean before or after they log in and what version of windows are you running?

nah, for after login, i know i can start by entering a key in the registry or just put it at the startup folder thing.

i'd like to start up the program before the user logs in, so that i can just switch on the computer, and do whatever i want on it, without logging on first. kinda like the network print sharing service.

i would like the program to work on XP, Vista and Win 7, since i have computers on all 3 OSes.

Do you mean automatically log you in? I wouldn't know how to do it but I think you would have to edit BIOS.

no... i mean, start the program before i log in.

like i said, i want it to be like the network print service.

i only need to turn on the power for the server, and the program can be used. i do not have to log in on the server; it can stay on the login screen.
