Data in Database/DB Connection

I have some datas ,which I can open,read and save in a Container. I would like to write/save this datas in a database. The Tables must be like above.
Can anybody write me two example Classes (with CDatabase and CRecordset). I have no experience with it, i will be very happy if you can write me this example Classes for DB Connection and CRecordset.
