Simple HTTP server library for windows?

Can anyone recommend an easy-to-use library to respond to an http request on localhost?

I don't need any security whatsoever, or multi-threading support. Would prefer if they had a pre-built .lib that you can statically link to... cmake is a nightmare

Why don't you use the Wininet API?
