Where to save app parameters?

Where to save program parameters or passwords and username without database in safe way :) . Can anybody show example or tutorial.

Your question is a little vague. I'm sure you know what you mean, but I'm not sure. Do you mean in a Windows GUI program associating data with a window? With a Window Class?

make a function to change mess with them until you cant tell what the pass is, and another one to change it back to normal...

i know but im not sure do i spell it right or use the right word... :/
but its a pretty good way to do it, as long as its complex enough.
