Source Code CD

I'm trying to learn Vis C++ from older book, 'Programming Microsoft Visual C++ Fifth Edition. However, source code CD is not available and can't seem to find place to download. Was wondering if anyone has source code from this book and could share it. Getting some errors that I can't seem to track down and code appears accurate to book. TIA for any help.

I have that book and the CD.
It is primarily for VC6.
Which code are you having the problems with??

Currently the property pages, Ex13a revisited. Getting error on build that says

error C2512: 'CFontSheet' : no appropriate default constructor available

refers to CEx13aView constructor. Thought maybe I'd left an include off, but not the case.

Have had some prior problem, too. Assume more will follow. Would it be possible to eMail source code from disk to me? Would be much appreciated. TIA for any help.
