Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express/FLTK

Hi. I recentley installed microsoft visual c++ 2008 express edition. i have this programming book by bjarne stroustrup and he says to install fltk. step 4 in installing it says to go to project, properties and click c/c++ in the left menu to expand a sub-menu. then click code generation. then in the right menu, change the runtime library drop-down to multi-threaded debug dll (/MDd). i cannot get my that first part of clicking on c/c++. i cant find it anywhere. any ideas? thanks.
