Intercept error windows and close

Hi!
I need to create a little and simple tool that run in background on a machine with simulation ambient.
The simulation sometimes generate an error message (like memory can't write, i/o error etc). If i click instantly OK or close the windows the simulation continue and so i don't lose work of that session of test.

This tool must intercept only error windows/message, clicking Ok or closing windows every time that error appear. it must run always and must do this automatically!!

Someone have an idea??
