MS Visual Studio version choose??

Hi all

I am Newbie and seeking for a compiler tool to do my C++ project. So there are many version of MS Visual Studio, which version will you as a expert to recommend to me to use? 2010, 2012 or 2013?

Thanks in advance. Hope will get some opinion from you all. I would like to use it to create program which related to USB 3.0.

Use the latest that will run on your system; 2010 on XP and '13 on later kit.

I am a noob as well and I would recommend MS Visual Studio 2013.
