set global path in VS 2012 Express

Hi, All,

I have a solution that has 15 projects. I set the include and lib path for each of the projects. Is there a way to set them once for the whole solution or even for every new project/solution?

I have read the link before and I read it again, but I still can't access Microsoft.Cpp.Win32.user and its property page from visual-studio 2012 Express. I can only access the property page of my project.
