need simple program to calculate dates from a given date

Please be advised that I am not a programmer. I just thought some intelligent people on here may be able to at least point me in the right direction...

I need a program that does the following:

I input a certain date, say 7/19/2009

Then, the program goes through a series of events (click, enter 4 letter code, tab a few times and then goes a certain number of days out and enters a date, say 60 days after 7/19/2009). It will do this for several cases and then quit.

It seems pretty simple and I could probably do it with an excel spreadsheet that calculates the dates and then run a macro to copy from certain cells into where I need it, but a simple program would be much better. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
