DirectX - Win32 Problem

Hey guys, I am a noob at c++ programming, and I've been following lessons on youtube about c++ / directx game programming. I keep running into the same problem at a certain point when trying to run my program. I followed the tutorial and re wrote all the code and still getting the same problem. You can download the zipped file of my project so far. it is written using Visual C++ 2010 express. I've been trying to solve this problem for over a day now..please help!!!
