lock resources of remote computer

how can i lock the drives of remote computer(should not be accessible to any user except remote admin) running on linux.

Edit: In Linux. You'd change the ownership of the directory/drive to the user who is allowed access and remove access for other users (chown). Then you'd use that user ID when logging in remotely.
